Perfect location and a very comfortable space. Strong A/C. I slept very well here. It’s spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment and the location is unbeatable.

You can access in car, bus, taxi or by foot, whatever mode of transportation you want to use.
The neighborhood is very quiet and nice, you can walk around and visit the UVA or nearby parks and also walk to Tesoro or other malls to shop or eat.
Drugs and the use of them in the interior of the apartment, sexual traffic and sexual abuse are forbidden to our guests as well as the storage of explosives in our installations. This behavior will cause inmediate evacuation from the apartment.

We had a lovely stay .it is a brilliant flat with incredible views. The kitchen was well equipped, no issues with the hot water, the bed was comfortable, and complete with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We worked from the flat, too, and the WiFi worked seamlessly. It is well located with El Tesoro mall, Pergamino cafe and Exito supermarket walking distances. The concierge team was helpful and we felt safe.Hiighly recommended!
