This room has the higher ceilings and panoramic window with a balcony so AC does not have enough power to cool it down completely, furthermore the AC pump periodically makes drilling noise when AC running. However the view from balcony is beautiful and they charge less for this room than for others in the building. There is no additional noise except from the birds in forest at 6 am. And for $45/night during holiday season it was a bargain! Other places like this wanted $70+ in this season.

The MyPlaces room was as described, I ran into a couple issues that they were able to resolve quickly the next day. So I'm thankful for them about that. Great location, clean, and has everything you need. My only grievances is that, the walls are super thin, so you can hear everyone that comes in through the door, or anyone that is talking outside. If you are like sleeper like me be cautious about that. The shower water isn't as warm as it could be, I ran into this issue a couple times with other host trying to save money on heating, but I'm not going to knock them for it. My overall experience was great, just those 2 minor things I think everyone should be aware of. I would recommend to others, if they will be okay with what I mentioned.
