This apartment is everything I was looking for and more. The location is perfecttt. You are in walking distance to everything. There are two supermarkets a few blocks away. There are so many great restaurants near by with a variety of options. The apartment itself is a gem. There is an AC in every room including the living room. There are 2 smart TVs so if you want to watch TV on the sofa you can and also in the bedroom before you go to sleep. There's a washer and dryer which i used almost everyday as I play sports and its a life saver. The owner, Andres was always super friendly and gave us so many helpful tips. I truly can't say enough great things about this place, its surroundings and the hosts. Anytime I come back to Medellin this is where I'll book....I already extended my stay another month :). Thanks again for all!

If you're looking for a great location in the Center of Laurels with lots of great restaurants within walking distance then, this is your spot. Very lively and central to all things you need, including grocery market and food options. The location is between to active bar locations so if you're good with that then you're good here. Very friendly and safe location.

Lindo lugar con restaurantes cerca y supermercados. Considerar solamente la zona por lo mismo es un poco ruidosa. Host atentos y amigables
