Cancellation policies

Standard cancellation policy: Below, we outline our standard cancellation policy based on the length of the stay.

Select the policy that applies to stays of less than 28 nights:

• Flexible: Full refund up to 1 day prior to the arrival date.

• Flexible or non-refundable: In addition to the Flexible option, we offer a non-refundable choice:

  guests receive a 10% discount, but you retain the payment regardless of when they cancel.

• Moderate: Full refund up to 5 days prior to the arrival date.

• Moderate or non-refundable: Besides the Moderate option, we offer a non-refundable choice: guests receive a 10% discount, but you keep the payment no matter when they cancel.

• Firm: Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before check-in, a full refund is issued if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date. Beyond that, the guest receives a 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days prior to check-in. After that period, the guest will not receive any refund.

• Firm or non-refundable: In addition to the Firm policy, we offer a non-refundable option: guests receive a 10% discount, but you retain the payment regardless of when they cancel.

• Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours after booking and if at least 14 days before arrival. A 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

• Strict or non-refundable: In addition to the Strict policy, we offer a non-refundable choice: guests receive a 10% discount, but you retain the payment no matter when they cancel.

• Super-strict 30 days: 50% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival.

• Super-strict 60 days: 50% refund up to 60 days prior to the arrival date.
