What does our Check-in process entail?

Upon online booking confirmation, we’ll request a photo of your ID and your email address; this information will be used to generate your accommodation contract. Once the contract is signed, we’ll send you all the essential details for check-in, such as: address, access codes, apartment number, and more.

Is the cleaning service included in the rate?

This service is only included at check-out. However, if you wish to schedule additional cleaning, you can directly communicate with our MyPlaces team for assistance.

What are the costs for cleaning?

What is the refund policy in MyPlaces?

We enforce a stringent policy regarding guests in the apartment. Guests are permitted entry only after providing us with a photo of their identity document (ID or passport) prior to arrival. Please note, parties are strictly prohibited.
